Mama's Cup of Joy was created in March, 2021. I am a mother of two and my boys are the source of my inspiration for writing this blog.

The ideas on this blog are mainly derived from my past experiences as a lecturer for mental health and other psychology-related topics, as an ESL teacher, a writer/researcher and as a SPED instructor/sign language interpreter.

Through this blog, I wish to share some insights on the aspects of mental/physical health & well-being, and education and learning. 

I also want to share the joy and challenges of motherhood through positive thoughts and personal stories and hope to inspire other mothers as well.

This category talks mainly on some tips and advice on physical and mental health for both parents and kids. Learning how to take care of oneself is a sure way to stay healthy, both physically and mentally. It also tackles on topics on how to improve well-being or wellness which is the experience of health, happiness and good balance in life.
